iPLAN WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2005 to facilitate further provision of specialised planning and project management services across Australia. Built on years of experience and exposure to the heavy construction, mining, oil and gas industries, our old school ‘First Principle’ project management and control processes define the company’s success.

We provide our clients full lifecycle end to end, best practice services that are customized to each specific project phase. Whether that be the front end concept through feasibility phase assisting in delivering the highest quality project control services and guidance. Or after we assist in delivering these study phases moving into the project execution and commissioning phase, where we provide the project controls support to keep the project within the critical time and cost limits which established the project’s viability during the front end study phases.

iPLAN customises these services to the needs of each and every client depending on the specific experience required. That may be in a step-in / step-out capacity where we provide an initial development service establishing the planning and controls for a project phase and then return on an as needed basis, or the provision of a fully integrated service where we can assist as a project team member(s) to deliver a successful outcome.

Given the vast experience that iPLAN brings to our clients, we are able to assist in protecting our clients during these phases by ensuring continuous forensic schedule analysis. Then if the need arises, we can provide a claims mitigation and defence service leading to a determination provision. Recognised as one of the leading project and strategic portfolio planners in the industry, he has held positions with many Leading Global Mining, Oil & Gas Clients and EPCM organisations supporting the execution of landmark projects.

Leveraging on a solid background of Lean Six Sigma processes Shane is able to ensure that a focus on these quality systems is utilised in the planning process. Thus ensuring the successful execution of major portfolios and mega projects.

Shane is also recognised as an expert in the project delay & disruption assessment process, providing forensic analysis and determination services for project disputes.

Matt Kitchin

With over 20 years experience Matt is a recognized project planning and programming expert throughout the mining, oil and gas industries.

He is also very highly regarded in the Building and Commercial Development industry due to the successful delivery of many complex projects. Matt specialises in forensic schedule analysis to support the project claim prevention/protection and determination process focused mainly on Building and Commercial developments.

Andrew Rhimes

Project Services Manager / Lead Planner / Claims Consultant

Andrew is a leading expert in providing Project Controls Management and planning services to a wide range of industries from Mining/Metals, Oil and Gas to Rail Infrastructure and Commercial Developments. He specialises in the establishment of Project Controls processes and practices for project initiation as well as controls service delivery and support through the execution and commissioning phases.

Given his in-depth experience Andrew is also considered an expert in forensic analysis and the resulting determination of project disputes.

Stephen Williams

Project Control Manager / Lead Planner / Claims Consultant

Stephen brings with him over 22 years experience in planning and Project Controls services, delivered during the FEED / Execution through Ramp-up and Closure phases. He has provided these expert services in the successful delivery of complex projects for the mining/metal, gas and heavy infrastructure industries.

Due to his extensive knowledge of project execution within these industries Stephen is able to provide expert forensic analysis, prevention/protection and determination of schedule disputes within the execution and closeout phases.
